Refund Policy

All tutor registration plans are non-refundable under all circumstances and valid only for the selected duration.

This includes cases where the tutor does not receive expected opportunities, chooses not to continue, or violates platform rules.

The Home Tuitions provides lead generation, tutor matching, demo coordination, and allocation support. We do not guarantee fixed assignments, immediate placement, or a continuous flow of tuition opportunities.

Therefore, refunds are not applicable based on expectations of volume or frequency of opportunities received.

If a tutor is not suitable, we may provide a replacement tutor subject to availability. Refunds are considered only in genuine service failure cases:

• No tutor is provided after a reasonable waiting period
• Repeated mismatches occur due to a verifiable platform error

• Change of mind after booking or confirming a tutor
• Personal preferences or compatibility issues with the tutor
• Scheduling conflicts arising from either party
• Lack of student cooperation or irregular attendance
• Tutor dissatisfaction without a valid, verifiable service failure

In rare and justified cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the stage of service delivery, time elapsed since booking, and the outcome of an internal review by our team.

If services are terminated due to rule violation, misconduct, or direct dealing outside the platform:

All refund-related disputes will be reviewed internally and evaluated based on platform records, communication history, and documented evidence. The platform's decision will be considered final and binding for all parties.
