We do not guarantee academic performance, improvement in grades, exam results, or selection in competitive exams. Learning outcomes depend on student effort, consistency, and tutor-student compatibility.

While we make reasonable efforts to verify tutor profiles, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy of any information shared by tutors. Users are encouraged to conduct their own basic verification before finalizing a tutor.

• Teaching methods or quality of any individual tutor
• Behavior, conduct, or communication between tutors and parents/students
• Any disputes, misunderstandings, or conflicts during or after tuition engagement
• Any financial transactions made directly between tutors and parents after the first month

Once a tutor is assigned and accepted, all interactions and continuity of classes become a mutual responsibility of both parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Home Tuitions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to:

• Cancellation or unavailability of tutors
• Delay in service or mismatch of expectations
• Academic underperformance of students
• Any personal or financial disputes between users

• Attend demos on time after receiving parent contact
• Accept assignments responsibly and without unnecessary delay
• Avoid unnecessary cancellations or schedule changes
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and clear communication

• Share accurate and complete academic requirements
• Provide a safe and respectful learning environment
• Honor agreed fees and class schedules without delay

All content on The Home Tuitions platform — including text, branding, design, and system structure — is the exclusive property of The Home Tuitions.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse content without written permission
• You may not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• You may not attempt to replicate the business model or operational system flow

The Home Tuitions reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if platform rules are violated, misconduct is reported, false information is provided, or direct dealing is attempted.

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, network or technical failures, or pandemic/emergency situations.

The Home Tuitions reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such update implies full acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
